Based upon the feedback that we get from our customers, we are convinced that the practices of RFE Refining Company are not only typical of the refining industry, but the absolute norm to which there are few, if any, exceptions.

Granted, we are prejudiced. We sell a refining system which makes our customers independent of refining companies. Unquestionably, a portion of our sales of this product are coming from customers who recognize that they have been cheated by refiner companies.

Still, based on the feedback we get from these same customers, reports of the difference they see in their return when they start refining their gold themselves, we have to conclude that the larcenous practices of RFE refining company are standard practice in the industry.
